1.When will the event take place?
January 6th, 2019.
2.Where will the event take place?
The event will take place in The St. Regis Hotel, San Francisco, US
3.How many people are expected to attend?
We are expecting nearly 800 people to attend this year.
4.What is the dress code for the conference?
The dress code for BFC Healthcare Investment Conference is business casual or business professional.
5.Will the conference sessions be offered in English or Chinese (Mandarin)?
The presentations are given in English.
6.Will simultaneous translation be provided?
Simultaneous translation will not be provided for the conference.
7.Will the sessions or any part of BFC Healthcare Investment Conference be streamed live via the Internet?
No, the event will not be streamed live via the Internet.
8.Will the presentation slides be given to attendees?
Speakers’ slides will not be shared.
9.How do I pick up my badge?
Please bring your photo ID and business card to the registration desk at The St. Regis Hotel during the registration times listed in the program agenda to pick up your badge.

2.What does my registration include?
Your registration fee includes access to all the conference sessions, networking refreshment breaks, networking receptions on-site materials, lunches, and tea break snacks
3.What forms of payment are accepted for registration?
The preferred method for payment is in CNY (Chinese RMB) via bank transfer; however, we can accept USD via credit card or bank transfer as well. We will also accept cash on-site if necessary.
4.How can I obtain a receipt or Chinese invoice for my registration payment?
If you need an invoice, please send an email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will have the invoice mailed to you.
5.Can I send a colleague or friend in my place?
Yes, you may send us an email at email@example.com to change the attendee name.
6.I have already registered and paid to attend the event. Is it possible to cancel my registration and obtain a refund?
All payments are non-refundable. You can transfer your attendance to a colleague or a friend, or apply your registration for credit towards a future BFC event.
7.I am not a United States citizen. Do I need a visa to travel to the US for the conference?
Yes, any non-US citizens require a visa to travel to US for the conference.
8.Are hotel accommodations included in the registration fee?
No, you must book your hotel accommodations separately. Please find the hotel information at sf.bfcconference.com.
9.I am a member of the press. Can I attend the event for free?
If you would like to request a press pass, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your press credentials so we may consider waving your attendance fee.
